An all-encompassing 4 week course to cyclical living

This course will give you the tools to begin syncing your yoga practice with the cycles of the moon. In our nature, we have circalunar rhythms that are tied into the lunar cycles. These rhythms have an effect on sleep patterns, hormonal fluctuations and menstrual regularity in women.
Discover how easy it is to implement the right activities/nutrition and lifestyle ways to optimise your health and wellbeing. Immerse yourself in this teaching and feel the benefits from the inside out….then, rinse and repeat!
THE DETAILS
Every three days you receive one of the four menstrual phase teachings.
You will receive education and experiential practices:
🌙 Hormonal knowledge and identifying any areas of concern
🌙 How to balance imbalances
🌙 Yoga practice is dedicated to the cycle (follicular/ovulation/luteal/menses)
🌙 Self-massage techniques of breasts, womb and the special ‘trinity connection
🌙 Whole foods to eat to optimise hormonal health and overall wellbeing

WHY I CREATED THIS:
Doing/eating and living life the same way day in/day out…week in/week out may affect our overall health.
This is why we explore our intuition and understanding of these cycles in order to harmoniously move forward with ease, embracing the ebbs and flows of our mother moon.
Just like we eat, move and live differently between winter and summer. I see many women in my practice with menstrual imbalances and fertility issues.
It is no longer enough to take ad-hoc supplements. Or to think fertility assisted therapies is the only option when there are delays in getting pregnant.
